Sunday Meal Plan

Today my mom and I went on an excursion without Henry for the first time since he was born. We went to Cheesecake Factory and Trader Joe’s. They are about 45 minutes away. We tried to bring Henry there the last time we went and he had a major meltdown. So, this time was much more enjoyable.

When I got back my inlaws were here for the afternoon. So, I didn’t do meal planning per Se, but with my shopping trip I have the ingredients for simple meals each night this week and leftovers for my lunch. I’ve been having overnight oats (gluten free) for breakfast each morning and that had been perfect. I add fruit, almond butter, and Enjoy Life chocolate chips.
For a snack I have either a Larabar or a Kind bar.
