Today I feel simultaneously motivated and like crap! I had such an intense headache last night it kept waking me up. I don’t usually get headaches and I know it’s my switch from coffee to tea – less caffeine and the drastic reduction in the amount of processed food intake. (Oh, and that my son is a crappy sleeper. Have I mentioned that?)
I know I just have to trudge through and that’s where the motivation is coming through for me big time. I just look at my baby bug and remind myself that I am ultimately doing this for myself but because I want to be the best mom ever to him. I don’t want to be the mom on the couch, the mom who can’t ride roller coasters, the mom who can barely get off the floor! I am sick and tired of being sore and tired all of the time!
Anyway. Tonight is my first night working out with my support group at the gym and I am equal parts nervous and excited. And grateful for a mom and a husband who are willing to navigate inconvenient logistics in order to make sure I can go to my class.
