Today was the first day of Spring Break and I got to spend it with this guy!
I am also happy to be able to spend some extra time at the gym. I am hoping for at least a 2 lb loss this week. I am mentally preparing myself for Easter and I hope I can make the right choices. Focus on the people and experience, not the food.
Tomorrow I am going to body pump and my rocking to the oldies class. Sunday I don’t have any exercise planned except for maybe a walk in the evening if it is nice out.
