This past week can be a slippery slope for me and I am done with it. As I was eating my heaping plate of spaghetti with a side of bread and a cupcake for dessert, I realized I felt like crappola. I haven’t exercised since Monday. I am eating all afternoon and evening. And I wake up feeling crappy and the cycle continues.
So tomorrow I am officially back on the wagon. It will be hard because it is the weekend and I have a social day on Saturday but I can do this!! I also have to start walking so I don’t die during my 5K’s this month.
Ok. I just had to type it out loud. 😂
